Revival is brought about by the Holy Spirit, often through the most unlikely people. The Samaritan woman was a new believer, but she went immediately to call others to see the One who had transformed her life. Many heard her testimony and saw how she had been transformed and came to Jesus. Through her testimony of the One who welcomes spiritual outcasts, many wanted to learn more of Christ and know Him personally. True believers worship God in spirit and truth - there is no heart for awakening unless we come to see things Jesus' way, with God's vision and Jesus' mission. We are called to labour for food that endures to eternal life. We are reminded that the fields are white for harvest and we are to seek to be sowers and reapers for Him - that we might be lively and committed disciples with Christ's vision.
