Lifestyle is shaped by theological meaning and expresses our relationship to God, shaping the way we live. It is important that we receive the Word and meditate on it. Jesus is the Word incarnate and God with us. He is both fully human and fully divine - there is no confusion in His nature. He is without separation, permanent and eternal. In Jesus, we see the glory of God, the revelation of the Father. Jesus is also God for us, full of grace and truth. There can be no minimising of the truth - we need to know it and be set free by it. The mark of a true church is the preaching of truth - we need to know who Christ is, what He did and that He is the only way to the Father. Christ's humanity means that He is able to sympathise with us, His raising in the flesh is our hope for resurrection. As believers, we have received grace upon grace and Christ is living in us as Lord and Saviour.
