In the initial greeting of II Peter, Peter wishes “grace and peace” to these early Christians, though this peace was not peaceful circumstances, but a steady state of mind, focused upon God so steadily that they could be at peace even as things would get more fear provoking. Today, on the Sanctified by Truth broadcast we’ll be covering this truth as well as other initial concepts that Peter began his letter, attempting to prepare his readers for challenging times to come. We’ll also discover, as we follow along, that we have been given the same advantages as the original apostles to perform the tasks we will be given throughout our lives.
