We often become so focused on how we appear to others on the outside, that we forget the greater importance of who and what we really are on the inside. Today on the Sanctified by Truth broadcast, we’re dealing with the topic in II Peter 2 of false teachers. So much of the error we see in churches and ministries today stem from a focus mainly on externals with a disregard for what God is mainly focused on… the heart. One of the comforts we will discuss though, is the protection that God provides to those He calls His own. Peter stressed this to the early Christians reminding them of this in light of the onslaught of erroneous teaching that was going to bombard them throughout life.
