As Christians, we live in a perverse culture, but we are reminded to think of who we are and what we have in Christ. God wants us to be sure about our salvation The Holy Spirit is the seal of our salvation who makes us included in Christ and makes us not just hearers but believers, trusting in Him. The Spirit is also the stamp of God's authority, ownership and security in our lives, making us joyful and strong - the eternal guarantee of our inheritance. We cannot be Christians without the Holy Spirit- beware of false assurance. If God comes into our lives, we become constrained by our love for Him and other believers - there is no greater love that we can know.
