For you who believe, the Holy Spirit helps you. God’s care for you as His child runs deeper than you can imagine. His eye is always upon you, and He is for you, not against you. And in His concern for you, His perspective is always upon what will result in your greatest joy for all eternity. He is working all things out in your life for good—not just a temporary good, but an everlasting good. Let us not resist the Spirit’s leading in our lives. Let us submit to Him, knowing that He is for us, and that His way always leads to Life and Peace. The sinful flesh always leads in a way of death. But God has given us the Spirit to help us to gain greater perspective—the way of Life and Peace, the way of God’s Will.
