This text would be a delightful contemplation if considered alone, without consideration of the context. But when the Christian adds all that is connected with the text in this psalm, then the heart is truly blessed with a deep and resonate peace that reflects Paul’s expression, “surpasses all comprehension” (Philippians 4:7).
