"Sunday Evening - In our tour of the “House of Romans,” through faith in God’s Promise, we have now been lifted up from the basement of sin (chapters 1-2) through the Door of Grace (chapter 3) and stopped to look at how Abraham came through this same door years ago (chapter 4). Before we continue, though, we turn into God’s vast Storeroom (chapter 5), where we learn that God has provided for us: Peace with God; Access to God; Hope of Glory; Joy in Suffering; Assurance of God’s Love; Proof of our Justification, Reconciliation, and Salvation; an Understanding of and Remedy for Sin, and the Marvelous Grace of God.
