1. What God says to us. Whatever God says is 100% true and reliable. Three things that are important to God: i) Justice; ii) Reputation: iii) Truth. 2. What we say to each other. Do our words uphold the three things that are important to God? 3. What do we need to say to Jesus? We need to confess our own disregard for truth and our reliance on lies. Peter, who knew Jesus well, tells us he never heard him tell a lie, 1Peter 2:22. We need to ask Jesus to make us truthful, like himself.
