During our past two sermons we have looked at three of God’s primary purposes for Civil Government—punishing lawbreakers, honoring law abiding citizens, and maintaining an active military force. Today we will look at another of God’s primary purposes for Civil Government —developing & maintaining a national infrastructure. By a national infrastructure I mean “the basic physical structures necessary for a nation to function effectively—transportation system, safe water supply, adequate power supply, sanitary sewer system, etc.
