All that Jesus said and did and all that the followers of Jesus will say and do all collectively point to this same thing – Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, who gives life to those who believe (John 20:30-31). The disciples of Jesus always pointed back to Jesus, not themselves. The ministry and teaching of Jesus doesn’t end with His ascension – it continues through His people in His Church till He comes again. Christians in 2023 have the same mission and message as that of the early church.
