As members of the Body of Christ, we need each other. Paul reminds the church in Corinth of this truth as he reminds them that God's design is that as individual members they are collectively the Body of Christ. Each member of the body has been uniquely gifted to function as a part of the body. He also reminds them that there are no unnecessary parts. We as Christians today must realize that we are part of the Body as well.
