The letter to Philadelphia is one of only two who did not include a rebuke from the Lord Jesus. This letter was a letter of encouragement to a church who evidently felt small and weak, yet the Lord acknowledged that He was aware of their faithfulness. A lesson that each of our churches today need to be reminded of is found here. We must be found faithful!
