Sacha reflects on her 20+ year journey of loving our city through her involvement in Stillwaters Community and how it has shaped her understanding of what it means to be a good neighbour. She shares thoughts about the parable of the Good Samaritan and its message that 'loving our city' means choosing to engage, sometimes beyond our comfort zones, with our neighbours who struggle and experience hardship. Loving our city means walking the road, being prepared to be in the places and be in the relationships where things are sometimes hard and where injustice happens, and challenging injustice by showing Christ’s light and love in places of darkness and despair.
