Advent is a season of waiting in hope for Christ to come at Christmas. It’s also a time to cast our gaze forward to when Jesus returns at the end of the age to remove evil from the world and renew all things. Today we’re invited to hope for the day when we’ll stand face-to-face with him in glory in the New Jerusalem, the new heaven and new earth.
