"She Heard His Word." Towards the end of Luke chapter 10, we read of a certain place, a certain person, and a certain priority. We actually read of two certain people, one who, in her priority of serving had become irritable, worried, and troubled; and another, who, in her priority of sitting at Christ's feet heard Christ's Word and was commended. Serving others is not a bad thing, but if it becomes the priority, we will very soon wear out and have nothing more to give. If sitting with Christ is our first priority, we can serve Him and others out of the overflow of His blessing.
