We are not necessarily supposed to understand the Trinity of God but we are to live in light of it. Our God was never lonely, there was fellowship within the Trinity before God created mankind. In our contemplation of the Trinity, we also consider the best way to honor the Holy Spirit, and that is to use what He gives us, submitting to His promptings instead of ignoring them and by reading the Word of God.
