(Note-Children's Message and sermon from the 9:00 service.) So, do you want to be a goat? When I was growing up, that was the last thing on my mind. To be a goat back then was bad news. This said, I have come to learn in recent times that being a GOAT is a good thing! It would put you in the company of Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Tom Brady, Babe Ruth, and other great athletic superstars. To be a GOAT is to be the “Greatest Of All Time.” And this family of God, brings us to our text today. It seems the disciples are looking for greatness, but Jesus helps them see where true greatness lies. It is in being a servant. It is Jesus Himself as He gave His life as a ransom for many.
