The encouragement in Christ is the encouragement that allows us to see the value and the worth in/of the struggles that we face. Genuine love, selflessness is actively focused on the needs/best interests of others. Strive together for true unity, disunity always involves a lack of love on someone's part. This does not mean that there will be no disagreements on secondary issues (not the essentials of the faith), but rather that we can disagree openly and still be united. The Bible should be what unites us.
