A proper value system will be needed for the Christian to maintain the correct focus. Many people live long lives of relative ease and wealth but do not really know what it is to live. Many people who try to 'save' their lives on this earth are not merely trying to stay alive, but having a life purpose to preserve and protect the things that they have in this world. But the follower of Christ must live having already yielded over their life, their possessions, family and comfort to God.
