The singular purpose of the church is to declare, reflect, and ascribe glory to God by telling the world what He has done for mankind through His Son! That’s what Paul meant when he wrote, “To Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, for ever and ever” (Ephesians 3:21, NKJV). Scripture reveals three primary objectives the church must pursue as we live out God’s purpose for us—evangelism, discipleship, and worship!
