Although there are many mothers represented in the Word if God, and many are good examples of biblical motherhood, we will be looking at a general view of biblical motherhood. As with all scripture, we are given God's perfect view of the wat we should be or act, but knowing we are not yet perfected, we must remember God's standard is something that, with the help of the Holy Spirit, we strive for, while understanding we have not yet achieved it. (Philippians 3:12-14)
