The law of the Kinsman Redeemer was established by God and given to Moses in the Pentateuch. A wonderful example of the Kinsman Redeemer is portrayed in the book of Ruth. But the law and the examples were only glimpses into the mind of God as He made preparation to redeem mankind by our near kinsman, the Lord Jesus Christ.
