Our mission is Jesus. Family. Fellowship. We don't want to play church. We want to equip people to BE the church. We want people to experience God's life-changing power through His truth and grace. We want people to have a REAL relationship with a REAL God who REALLY loves them. We are not a dead Church. We don't do Religion. We worship JESUS! We reject Cozy Christianity! This is HIS Church, and WE are His REMNANT people.

Living in the Fear of the Lord

- What is the greatest problem and the greatest challenge of our day? There is no Fear of the Lord
1. WHAT IS THE FEAR OF THE LORD?
- Beginning [Foundation] of knowledge (Pr 1:7) and wisdom (Ps 111:10)
- Key to His treasure (Isa 33:5-6)
- To be in awe of Him (Ps 33:8-9)
- To worship Him (Jer 32:39-40)
- Strong confidence; security in Him (Pr 14:26)
- Fountain of life (Pr 14:27)
- To depart from evil (Pr 3:7)
- To hate evil (Pr 8:13)
2. WHY IS THE FEAR OF THE LORD IMPORTANT?
- Because Jesus had it (Isaiah 11:1-2)
- Because Jesus tell us to do it (Matt 10:28)
- We are commanded (Deut 6:13, 10:12)
- We will be rewarded (Pr 23:17-18)
- We will be defended (Ps 34:7)
- We will be blessed (Isa 66:2, Deut 5:29)
- We will be loved (Ps 103:11)
- We will be secure (Pr 19:23)
- We will be stronger (Acts 9:31)
- We will have joy (Ps 112:1)
- We will have all we need (Ps 34:9)
- …And because it pleases Him! (Ps 147:11)
3. HOW DO I LIVE IN THE FEAR OF THE LORD?
- OBEY Him! (Ecc 12:13-14)
o Example – Abraham – Gen 22:12
“The fear of the LORD is our call to return to the Lord himself, not for what we can get, but because He is the beginning, the source of all we hope for and desire. The fear of God is that instinctual driving force, that call of our spiritual nature beckoning us all from seeking after our ways to return to Him”. (Where is the Fear of God?
