"How Is It That Ye Do Not Discern?" Luke 12:41-59 is Christ's call for discernment. In this passage, He calls on the disciples to discern 1) Christ's Return, 2) What is Most Important, 3) The Time, and 4) What is Right. How can we as disciples be more discerning? By using God's Word, which is described as a sharp and powerful sword and "a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart" (Hebrews 4:12).
