Evidence: A New Life in Christ 2

This morning, as part our Wildfire sermon series we come again to Acts: 9. Two weeks ago, we examined V1-9 and we saw the miraculous conversion of Saul of Tarsus. Last week, we studied V10-17 and we called it: Evidence of a New Life in Christ…because in these verses, we began to examine the evidence that marks a new life in Christ. And we did that by studying the transformation that took place in the life of this man…Saul…as a result of his encounter with Jesus Christ. Unfortunately due to some technical difficulties, that week’s message is not available online as of yet. By way of review, we kicked off our study last week by talking about the fact that the world can’t really bring about lasting transformation. Anything the world does in terms of change…is superficial and temporary. And that’s because the world is forever trying to change a man from the outside in…when the reality is…the only cure for man is going to occur from the inside out…that’s when true transformation happens…and his whole nature is changed. And that degree of profound lasting transformation…can only be accomplished by the power of God through faith in Christ. This week, we continue to examine the evidence that truly marks a life transformed by Jesus Christ.
