Something Greater

Ephesians 5:22-33 is a very familiar passage on marriage…but the truth is that this passage is so much more than just some biblical advice on marriage. It’s about something much bigger…much greater…than that. There’s a greater more profound mystery than just our marriages here on earth…and that’s our mission here on earth. Our mission…is not just to have this storybook marriage…that’s not the mission. Hollywood will tell you that it is. But it’s not. Our mission is to reflect the love of Jesus Christ…to a fallen world. Today's sermon entitled "Something Greater" asks the questions: how are we as husbands and how are we as wives…displaying Christ…and…are we painting a correct picture of Jesus Christ to the world?
