Happy Fathers Men!! Fathering doesn’t just come in the usual way. Some of you have fathered children that were not born to you. Some men in this room are still fathering even well after your kids left the house. If God has given you the privilege of being a father, you have been given a monumental task. It is weighty, and I’m sure you feel it. Your kids are watching and learning from what they see. Does that scare you? Just for the record, this is a message for all disciples, not just the ones that happen to be fathers. But since it is fathers day, we will look at the word through the lens of fathers. So you are not off the hook if you aren’t a father.
