1Cor 10:16-17 says "Because there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body, for we all share the one loaf." One Body. Christ’s Body. One in Him, with Him, through Him. Being part of the one Loaf - the Body of Christ - says “I refuse to isolate. I refuse to rely on self. I will not set my life up in reliance on my plans and abilities.”
