The religions of mankind strive to appease their respective gods. Even some, who claim the name of Christianity, feel that they can do something to appease God...still others minimize God's wrath and justice so, for them, there is nothing to appease. However, Scripture clearly speaks of the just wrath of God and of man's inability to satisfy that wrath. But God, presented His own Son as the only satisfaction for His justice and the only sufficient payment for our redemption.
