As one reads through the Bible, the vast majority of the men that are portrayed are anything but perfect. Though these men served the Lord as best as they could, they still made mistakes, some of them major and with far-reaching consequences. A notable exception is a young man by the name of Daniel, whom we first meet in Scripture as a 13-year old captive of one of the most ruthless monarchs in history, Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. Despite this seemingly hopeless start, Daniel is a man we can all aspire to emulate.
