There is a tragic digression that can take place in the life of the Christian; a digression that masquerades itself as progress but is actually just the opposite. What is this digression? It is a move away from Jesus toward rules, regulations, and tradition. It is called LEGALISM. As we look at our text, we are going to learn 5 characteristics of legalism, under two main headings: I.
