THE BARTIMAEUS STORY

Charleston Baptist Temple
• Oct 27, 2024

Speaker: Dr. Jim Hewitt

Theme: God doesn’t overlook anyone. Our Lord never lost the ability to see people in need, whether hungry, or sick, or downtrodden. We’re made to wonder as we ponder this story who is truly sightless, blind Bartimaeus, or the unseeing crowds who tended to overlook him without a second thought. Only when we truly see others in their neediness can we begin to share with them the saving love of Jesus Christ. Christ calls us to love all who come in our path.
