Last week in the 1st message from 3 John, the apostle declared, "I have no greater joy than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth." Sadly this week we look at an individual in the church, surprisingly a leader, who was not walking in the truth but instead was filled with pride, unteachable, slanderous, and inhospitable. The challenge to us, is whether we're more like Diotrephes, the leader in question, or more like Demetrius, the travelling preacher.
