The annual Kuehner Seminar at Reformed Episcopal Seminary features Rev. Dr. Robert Emberger, Executive Director of Whosoever Gospel Mission in Philadelphia. WGM provides Christ-centered rehabilitation, job readiness and training services for fallen and needy homeless men in the Philadelphia area. Bob grew up in the REC, was ordained a Baptist and is currently a teaching elder in the PCA.
