This sermon takes a deeper look at our theme passage where Peter walks on water, and contrasts the ways Jesus works with immediacy and other times he makes the disciples wait, and why. The disciples learned a lesson in humility and got to see the power of God in ways they wouldn't have if they hadn't endured the storm.
