Worthy is the Lamb

Revelation paints a picture of a sovereign God who is in control. But then why do we suffer? We want a Lion that can deliver us from suffering, but instead we get a Slaughtered Lamb. God's response to suffering is to suffer himself. But Christians know is that the Cross is a symbol of victory. The Lamb is triumphant over sin and death and so do all of his faithful witnesses.
