Judgment Free Zones

Jesus gives a lot of challenging commands in the Sermon on the Mount, but perhaps the hardest is "Do not judge." It isn't a blanket statement against judgment, but a warning against an attitude of judgmentalism. Instead, Jesus calls for us to look inwardly at our own struggles and sins, taking the planks out of our eyes so that we can help others with the specks in theirs. The result is humility, and empathy, and compassion, which this world needs and which the church must demonstrate.
