This morning we continue our series The Body’s Grace: Theology and Sexuality. Over four Sundays we are considering the themes of sexuality and ethics, sexuality and intimacy, sexuality and power, the church and same sex relationships. Today we are privileged to have Bronwyn Kerr speak on sexuality and power. Bronwyn is part of the Stillwaters and Central communities. She works at the Wellington Sexual Abuse Help Foundation as a social worker and facilitator of the Church Communities Project, a joint project with the Anglican Diocese and partly funded by the Boulcott Fund. As part of this project Bronwyn provides support and training for church pastoral staff in topics such as responding to sexual harassment and supporting people affected by sexual violence; Bronwyn also provides support to individuals in church communities affected by sexual violence.
