We live busy lives in a busy world. We go, go, go all the time and rarely stop. That's not how God designed us. He designed us to take times of rest. We need times where we stop and refocus. We need times where we recharge physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is so important that God even set the example for us.
