Faith is not an absence of doubts and questions. Faith is what guides us through the doubts and questions and allows us to trust the hand of God in every situation even though we can't see how it will work out. Sarah doubted that God was going to supply Abraham with a son through her. She even tried to find a work around for it. However, in the end, she accepted God's plan and worked through her doubts and questions by faith.
