Easter P's

Yes, Thomas was a doubter, but the disciples were all guilty of shallow faith and disbelief in the resurrection too despite all the witnesses of the resurrection. The disciples needed some Easter “P’s.” That’s what makes our Gospel reading so powerful. Jesus gave them to them. He gave them proof. He says to them, “See my hands and side. Touch my hands and feet. He gives them peace. He said, “Peace be with you.” He gives them others too. In the end, we see doubters transformed into believers. May that be your story today! He is risen! He is risen indeed!
