We tend to look at the first Christmas and the announcement to Mary with rose colored glasses. But do we see the predicament and tremendous faith of a young woman who would place her entire future in God's hands to obey God and submit to Him to be the mother of God's Son Jesus, regardless of the human cost to her. Let's take a fresh look at Gabriel's announcement to Mary in Luke 1:26-38.
