I am Annoyingly Passionate about two things: Jesus Christ and having bigger, better, more substantial CONVERSATIONS. I want to kill cocktail conversations. But to do so, we must conquer our fear of big conversation. We run from it and avoid it like the plague because we lack the confidence to fully sit in the moment. To beat this tendency will take some intentional work, and with this new series called "The Universe Next Door" I hope to remove one of the reasons fear wins. That reason is a lack of knowledge about other worldviews. Our ignorance does not allow us to listen well or be present in big conversations. This sermon intros the new summer series and sets up the problem and proposed solution.
