I know how bleak things can seem in exile, but I also know that Christmas does come, that love conquers all and that the One who calls us is faithful. In mourning, in anxious times or when we simply long for justice to be made manifest in this world I urge you to put your whole trust in God's grace and love and watch for the first signs of grace when you are granted real connection with others.
