O. Adultery
One of the commandments is “thou shalt not commit adultery” – a sexual relationship with someone other than your spouse. Jesus extends this law saying one who looked on a woman to lust after her committed adultery in his heart.

This regulation required one who foreswear or vowed unto the Lord, to perform that which he vowed. Jesus changes this to that we should not swear at all – but to be careful of our communications.
