The gospel is not in competition with discipleship. But we dare not equate the demands of discipleship with requirements for salvation. To be Jesus' fruitful disciples we must understand the difference between these important truths. We are to call any and all to come to faith in Jesus, then challenge believers to follow Him faithfully.
