THE CURSE OF SIN - 2 - Romans 8:2 - The Law of Sin and Death Through Christ, we are redeemed from under the law; free from the law of sin and death. What does this mean? Shall we sin because we are not under the law? GOD FORBID! Under the law of sin and death, we were not only cursed by sin, but obligated to the law in order to be a partaker of the promises of God. This is what separated Jews and Gentiles. But through Christ, the middle wall of partition has been broken down and we now have access by one Spirit unto God the Father. How are you found today; with your own righteousness which is of the law, or with the righteousness which is of God by faith, through the faith of his Son Jesus Christ?
