"Reconciled to God" - Colossians 1:19-23 Colossians 1:19-20 The Father was pleased for Jesus to be 100% God and 100% Man. That was the only way His blood could reconcile us to God. Colossians 1:21-22 Before salvation, we are alienated from God, enemies of God, because of our wicked works. Jesus reconciled us by His death, so we can be holy, blameless, and irreproachable in God's sight. Colossians 1:23 All of this is dependent on our grounded, steadfast faith in Christ.
